Class of 2022 Information

 
Graduation Items: Caps & Gowns, Announcements, Rings… 

All graduates will need a cap, gown & tassel. You can call Herff Jones at 512-504-7100 to order or purchase at the graduation ceremony. 

 
Graduation

Friday, June 3, 2022, 10:00am at the Toney Burger Activity Center, 3200 Jones Rd, Austin, TX 78745

Each graduate will be allowed up to 8 guests.  See attachments below for additional information.
 
Expectations for Graduates
  1. Graduates must arrive at Burger Center by 9:00am.  Please be on the shuttle bus by 8:30am!
  2. Appropriate attire is required.
  3. Must wear cap and gown.
  4. No decoration on the cap or gown.
  5. No regalia except for school issued cords, stoles and medallions.
  6. If possible, leave all clear bags/purses and cell phones with your parent/guardian.
From AISD:  Your graduation attire will only include robe, cap, tassel and any official regalia you have been awarded by your campus. No decorated caps will be permitted. No additional graduation decorations will be permitted, including, but not limited to heritage drapes, flower leis, money necklaces, mardi gras beads, oversized jewelry, flags, chains, etc. Religious accessories are permitted. The use of glitter, silly string, powder, beach balls, balloons, confetti, coins, air horns, etc. are strictly prohibited.
 
Project Graduation 2022
Project Graduation is the night of Graduation, June 3, midnight to June 4, 5:30am. Doors close at 12:30am.  No in/out, once you enter, you stay until 5:30am.  Please see flyer attached below for details.
Seniors must turn in the Project Graduation Waiver Form to attend this event.
Waiver is due no later than FRIDAY, MAY 13th!  Instructions for submission are in the form attached below.
You don't want to miss this last celebration of your high school years!!
 
Diploma Pick Up
Wednesday, June 8, 9:30a-5:30p in the front office.  Only graduate or parent/guardian can pick up diploma.  If you are unable to come on this day, you can pick up during summer hours in the Registrar's Office.
