L. C. Anderson High School offers a broad, challenging, and exciting curriculum.
Our Career and Technical Education (CTE) Department offers Programs of Study which provide a coordinated, non-duplicative sequence of academic and technical content that:
 Incorporate challenging state academic standards
 Address academic, technical, and employability skills
 Align with the needs of industries in the state, regional, and/or local economy
 Progress in specificity, beginning with all aspects of the industry and leading to more occupation
specific instruction
 Have multiple entry and exit points that incorporate credentialing
 Culminate in the attainment of a recognized postsecondary credential

These selections are made based on workplace, secondary, and higher-ed advisement, as well as local data and student interest and, are designed to give parents and students coherent sequences of courses, industry-based certifications, and work-based learning to ensure students are prepared for in-demand, high-skill, high-wage careers in Texas.
