|Hello incoming 9th and 10th grade families!
We wanted to remind you of the Trojan Transition Camp happening this summer! This is an event that we hold during the summer to help new incoming students become acquainted with the campus, the staff, and the school culture; essentially, they learn how to be an LC Anderson Trojan!
As always, the Trojan Transition Camp is for our incoming 9th graders. However, because most of the incoming 10th graders haven’t been on campus either, they are invited to attend this summer as well!
Due to multiple facility and event conflicts, as well as many requests from the community, we have made the decision that the Trojan Transition Camps (TTC) will be one day each instead of two. Session 1 will still be Aug 2nd (just not the 3rd) and Session 2 will still be August 4th (and not August 5th). TTC will also now run until 12:30pm instead of 12 to accommodate multiple departments for the pep rally!! Start time is still 9am and if you have already RSVP'd there is no need to change your entry/submission.
Please drop off your students at the Performing Arts Center (off of Cima Serena) in time for events to start at 9am, and you can pick up your student at 12:30 pm at the location of your choosing. They are not required to bring anything, but we recommend bringing a water bottle.
We will be following state, local, and district protocols and policies regarding Covid-19. Though we understand these policies may change, as of right now, masks are not required on campus, but recommended for anyone who has not been fully vaccinated.
