TEA Accountability Scores

August 15, 2019

Dear Anderson parents and community,

Official school accountability information was released by TEA today. Anderson High School did really well. As we prepare to welcome students back to school on Tuesday, August 20, 2019, we are also looking at data from last school year in our state accountability. According to the Texas Education Agency’s preliminary ratings released today, our campus earned an overall performance rating of “A”. We also earned 5 distinction designations.

Moving forward into this school year we will continue to build on the strengths of our students, staff and school community by continuing to work individually with students to ensure growth and to close achievement gaps between subgroups of students.
