Day-long field trips have been organized to introduce seniors to three different industries. Students will learn more about the field trips in Advisory. Twenty – 25 students may attend each field trip. Highlights include visits to Brown McCarroll Law Firm, Judge Elisabeth Earle's courtroom, and the Capitol/Lobbyist Lisa Anderson, State Sen. Watson, State Rep. Howard (Law/Govt/Politics May 7); Hyatt, Austin Convention & Visitors Bureau, Whole Foods, and LeCordon Bleu (Hospitality May 8); and KVUE, Texas Monthly, GSD&M, and Austin American Statesman (Communications May 9).
